Details
Reservations for any Bambi Lake produced event will reviewed 45 days before the event date. Any event not meeting the minimum attendance requirements at that time will be cancelled. A full refund of the deposit will be processed.
Reservations must be secured with a minimum deposit - generally $50 or the price for one night's lodging. This will hold the reservation until 30 days prior to the event when the full payment must be made unless prior arrangements have been made with the Bambi Lake Office.
Cancellations of any reservation must be made 30 days prior to the event to receive a full refund. Any cancellations after that will lose the $50 deposit. Reservations are fully transferable for a new person attending the event.
If special dietary needs are medically necessary, please note that on your reservation. Bambi Lake Kitchen Staff requests two weeks notice to accommodate special diets. Although our staff is trained to be very careful in the preparation of foods, be aware that cross contamination may occur. In case of allergy, please be proactive in asking questions and making appropriate food choices.
Please notify the camp when you register if there are special needs or if a service animal will be accompanying you. Persons requiring a first floor or handicap accessible room need to register early for the best possibility of getting these accommodations.
Please let us know in advance of arriving if you plan to bring a pet with you. They are not allowed in buildings or in the designated waterfront area. Pets are allowed in the campground area but must be confine - on a tie out, or a leash. All must be on a leash at all times when walking anywhere on the property. Please clean up after your pet.
Photos are taken by staff and guests during the course of any event. If you cannot be included in these photos, please notify the office manager at the front desk. Thank you.
